Our office sits off Dixie Highway in Lakeside Park, a few minutes from I-71/75 and a short drive from nearly every NKY trades business we serve. That matters because Northern Kentucky is a relationship market. The electrician who wires your new construction probably went to high school with the plumber. The HVAC owner in Erlanger knows the general contractor in Crescent Springs because they were on the same ballfield bleachers last weekend. When we sit down for a strategy call at a coffee shop in Fort Mitchell or on a jobsite in Florence, we're showing up the way this community does business.
The local trade economy runs deep. Covington's ongoing riverfront revival has kept remodelers, masons, and restoration specialists busy for years. Florence and the I-75 corridor drive commercial mechanical and electrical work for the warehouse and logistics boom along Industrial Road. Erlanger and Crescent Springs are thick with residential HVAC, landscaping, and remodeling shops serving the suburban neighborhoods in Edgewood, Villa Hills, and Park Hills.
