Each question maps to a percentage-of-revenue cost range pulled from public construction-industry benchmarks. The on-screen number is the midpoint × your revenue band. The range below it spans the published low-to-high estimates.

Q9 (monthly review meeting) and Q10 (construction-specific experience) don't have a clean industry stat — they're flagged separately as qualitative amplifiers, not added to the dollar total.
